Founded in 2025, Favola was born from our track record in ecommerce, digital marketing, data, technology and consumer goods. With extensive experience applying data and AI to drive brand marketing and sales, we saw firsthand the transformative impact that could be achieved when data and intelligence are properly activated.

Founder and CEO of Favola
Robert Hayes is the Founder and CEO of Favola. He is a visionary leader with an extensive track record in digital marketing, media, ecommerce, content, data, applied AI, and technology.
Prior to founding Favola, Robert served as Senior Vice President, Digital (China) at Amorepacific (KSE: 090430), a leading South Korean global beauty and personal care company that owns and operates more than 20 consumer brands, including Sulwhasoo, Laneige, COSRX, Ryo, and Hera. He previously held senior executive roles at Accenture Song (NYSE: ACN) and Glu Mobile (NASDAQ: GLUU, later acquired by Electronic Arts).
